Our name and logo reflect this journey: the colorful blocks represent our team of professionals working together, while the figures show parents holding their child’s hands, guiding them forward toward the shining star that symbolizes a brighter future. We understand that children with special needs require the support of a multidisciplinary team, and that real progress happens when parents and professionals work in harmony. That is why at BBCDC, all services are provided under one roof, with experts from different fields coordinating to create individualized plans for each child. We walk hand in hand with families, offering not only therapy and guidance but also emotional support, encouragement, and hope. Meet the Founder

Founder’s Message

The Building Blocks Child Development Center was founded with a profound vision: to create a space where every child feels valued, nurtured, and celebrated. Over the years, working in pediatric care and developmental neurology, I have seen how early intervention and the right guidance can transform a child’s journey. I believe that no parent should feel alone while navigating their child’s growth and challenges. That’s why BBCDC was established to bring together pediatric expertise, therapy services, and family counseling under one roof, making care accessible, compassionate, and effective. Every child is unique, and with the right environment, they can unlock their true potential. At BBCDC, we walk this journey with parents, one step and one milestone at a time, because together, we can build strong foundations for brighter futures.

Founder’s Experience

Dr. Ketaki Ravangave (MBBS, DCH, Child Counselor, PGDDN) is the Founder of Building Blocks Child Development Center (BBCDC). She completed her MBBS and DCH in Mumbai and trained at reputed hospitals including Wadia Hospital, Breach Candy Hospital, and MGM Hospital. She further gained pediatric and neonatal experience during her DNB Pediatrics postings and NICU training at Apollo Hospital, Noida, and Max Saket Hospital, Delhi.

Driven by her passion for child development, she pursued Child & Adolescent Counseling Psychology and completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Developmental Neurology (PGDDN) in 2023. She has gained valuable experience at KEM Hospital Pune, Ummeed CDC Mumbai and NIPED Hyderabad, strengthening her expertise in neurodevelopment and early intervention.

Before founding BBCDC, she served as a Developmental Pediatrician at VitaLife Clinic, Baner. Through BBCDC, she aims to provide integrated pediatric care, therapies, and family support, while promoting early intervention, empowering parents, and fostering an inclusive community for children with special needs.
